No ticket please
Walking home today, this curious yellow car caught my attention because of a note left on the dashboard aimed at West London's notorious parking warden's attention.
It read:

I have a disable badge????!!!!
Well I wouldn't be too sure whether it belongs to a Brit. The car is parked outside an area full of Polish immigrants.
